Our front desk team plays a critical role in driving salon success by converting leads into loyal members and maximizing every guest interaction.
Position Overview
The Lead Front Desk Associate is a key sales and leadership position responsible for managing incoming leads, driving membership sales, and setting the standard for front desk performance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment and enjoys coaching others while delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Management
- Proactively follow up on new leads via phone, text, and email to convert inquiries into booked appointments and memberships
- Confidently present and sell The Lash Lounge® membership options and retail products
- Track, manage, and nurture leads through the CRM system
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales and membership goals
Front Desk Leadership
- Serve as the lead and role model for front desk associates, setting expectations around sales, service, and professionalism
- Assist in training and coaching front desk staff on scripts, objection handling, and closing techniques
- Support daily front desk operations including scheduling, check-in/check-out, and guest flow
Guest Experience
- Create a welcoming, luxury experience for every guest—both in person and over the phone
- Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset
- Ensure accurate guest records, memberships, and payments
Operations & Administrative Duties
- Open and/or close the salon as needed
- Maintain front desk organization, cleanliness, and brand standards
- Support management with reporting on leads, memberships, and front desk performance
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in sales, front desk, hospitality, or customer service (membership-based spa/salon experience preferred)
- Proven ability to sell memberships, packages, or recurring services
- Strong phone presence and confidence handling objections
- Leadership mindset with the ability to coach and motivate others
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with goals and metrics
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
